The space
Comfortably sleeping 12+ people and up to 18+ depending on how you use the full bunkbeds and office. Here you will find a total of 5 separate sleeping areas including:
* 3 very spacious Queen bedrooms
* 6 full size bunkbeds capable of sleep more than 1 each
* 1 Office/Bedroom with 2 Memory Foam Cots
* 2.5 baths with walk-in tile showers
* Fully stocked Kitchen
* Covered outdoor dining with grill and firepit
* Full pantry and laundry room
* Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles
The highlights of the property include the fully stocked open kitchen and living room concept with a 17’ tall fireplace and 70” big screen TV. Outside you’ll find about 1,000 sq ft of covered porch to enjoy along with outside furniture.
The kitchen comes stocked with anything you should need along with a dishwasher, oven/stove unit, microwave, and fridge/freezer. The laundry room is complete with a full size washer and dryer and plenty of supplies like an iron and ironing board. Both full bathrooms come stocked with hair dryers as well.
You will find the sunrises and sunsets to die for on this property while enjoying a cup of coffee on the porch. And should you need internet access, you’ll find the high speed Wifi to your liking. This property is brand new and ready for your group to enjoy time out on the plains!
